陈百祥（Natalis Chan Pak Cheung，1950年12月3日－），昵称叻哥，金牌司仪之一，无线电视四大“镇台之宝”之一，凭主持游戏节目《运财智叻星》及献唱同名主题曲一炮而红。现为无线电视部头合约艺员，每年为无线担任台庆、慈善节目、香港小姐决赛司仪及足球评述员至今，为今日香港电视界综艺节目元老、鼻祖之一，亦是1980-90年代的港产片喜剧配角谐星，也曾是歌、影、视、谐星、司仪、模仿等多栖艺人，甚受家庭观众欢迎。
陈百祥英文名为Natalis，是天主教圣名，在中学时改的，但陈亦信奉佛教及白龙王。陈百祥与温拿乐队五位成员已是好朋友（他亦是温拿前身：Loosers 的领队），更曾带彭健新离家出走。陈百祥亦曾说自己一生中最好的朋友是谭咏麟。离开Loosers后，花了三年开了三家成衣厂，三年后破产，好友谭咏麟用了自己准备买房子的三万块借给了他去破产管理局申请破产。同时他因做生意失败而往天气炎热干旱的中东把剩余的货物（雨衣）当为潮流服装，全部亏本地卖给海盗，但也因此没有加入改名后的温拿乐队。
1979年在菲律宾与女友娱乐圈花旦黄杏秀结婚，二人是圈中的模范夫妻，甚为恩爱。
1995年，陈百祥为无线电视主持游戏节目《运财智叻星》。
《运财智叻星》播映完毕后，由其好友曾志伟接棒主持全新游戏节目《超级无敌奖门人》，陈百祥亦曾客串分别担任“奖门人”及“奖老”一职，并成为该系列节目及其他游戏节目必邀嘉宾。
2005无线节目巡礼预告邀请陈百祥重新接棒，主理游戏节目《中华智叻星》。
2013年，陈百祥主理旅游节目《叻哥游世界》。
2015年12月13日，陈百祥在《2015年万千星辉颁奖典礼》中夺得“万千光辉演艺人大奖”殊荣。
陈百祥2022年8月初透露将退出住持行列，未来或会在大湾区创业。
陈百祥在反占中运动期间表现强力支持香港政府、警方及批评民主派。
Natalis Chan Pak Cheung was born on December 3, 1950. Nicknamed Le Ge, one of the four "Treasures" of TVB.
He became popular by hosting the game show "Lucky and Smart Star" and singing the theme song of the same name.
In TVB, he mainly served as the emcee of anniversary celebration, charity program, Miss Hong Kong final and football commentator.
Chan Pak Cheung is also a famous comedy supporting actor, and once ran a garment factory; but all failed. In 1979, he married his girlfriend Huang Xingxiu in the Philippines;
Chan Pak Cheung revealed in early August 2022 that he will quit the ranks of abbots and may start a business in the Greater Bay Area in the future.
During the anti-Occupy Central movement, Chan Pak Cheung showed strong support for the Hong Kong government, the police, and critics of democracy.
