Leung Tin梁天
Leung Tin梁天 (December 1932-March 22, 2020 ), formerly known as Liang Naihui, was born in Hong Kong, a Hong Kong male licorice actor and TV series producer, and worked as an actor, director and producer on TVB and Asian TV , Announcer. Leung Tin worked as an announcer at Macao Green Village Radio Station in his early years and also participated in stage performances. After moving to Hong Kong, he joined TVB in 1968 and became a basic artiste. He played villains in the drama very vividly. His representative works include Ling Zongkong in "Liang Tianlai" and Qiu Haitang in "Qiu Haitang". In the 1970s, Leung Tin began to get involved in behind-the-scenes work, serving as the director of dramas such as "The Great River Going East" and "Children in Troubled Times". Feeling that the television station lacked actors at the time, he suggested to Chung King-fai, the TVB drama team, to set up an artist training class. The art training class became the cradle of future superstars and trained many actors. In 1975, Leung Tin switched to Li TV and continued to work as an actor and behind-the-scenes work. In 1981, he served as the producer of "When IQ Is Mature", which was a classic youth drama in the heyday of Li TV. After Li TV changed its name to Asia Television, Leung Tin became the director of drama production. In 1984, Leung Tin left ATV and then transferred to Singapore for development. In the mid-1990s, Leung Tin returned to ATV and participated in the production of dramas such as "97 Chameleon" and "Bao Qingtian". In 1998, after Feng Xiaoping joined ATV, he laid off the staff of the drama production department, and Leung Tin was also fired. In the 2000s, Leung Tin faded out of the film and television industry, and occasionally appeared as a guest on TV shows, as well as guest appearances in movies and stage plays. It is reported that Leung Tin suffered from severe dementia in his later years and passed away in the hospital on March 22, 2020 at the age of 87.
