Josephine Siao Fong-fong蕭芳芳, formerly known as Xiao Liang, was born in Shanghai on March 13, 1947. Her ancestral home is Suzhou, Jiangsu. She has been in the film industry for 40 years and has performed more than 300 films.Siao Fong-fong was born in a middle-class family. Her father was a German scholar studying abroad. , He served as the executive director of the Industrial Bank of China during the Anti-Japanese War. When she was 7 years old, she acted in her first film "Little Star Tears". Her famous work is "The Wandering Child". Later, Siao Fong-fong became a student of Peking Opera Wudan Fenjuhua, and once performed with Chen Baozhu on the same stage. In the early 1960s, her first martial arts film was "Nineteen Heroes of Qingcheng" (1960).
