Poon Yau Sing (潘有聲）

Poon Yau Sing (潘有聲, July 13, 1938 -), is a famous Cantonese opera student and film actor in Hong Kong. His acting career began in 1949, when he starred in his first film "The Monkey King Havoc in Heaven". Together with Xiaosheng Xu Junhan and Huadan Fu Rongli, he led the Golden Dragon Troupe to perform Cantonese opera in Singapore and Malaya for two years. On July 22, 1958, he returned to Hong Kong on the "Chi Wanyi" of Java Shipping Company. In 1964, as a civil and military student, he participated in the Shuangsheng Troupe headed by Tan Nan, and performed works such as "The Great Seal of the Six Kingdoms" and "Famous Branches and Jade Leaves" in Macau. In addition to Cantonese opera performances, he has also participated in about 13 films, including "Burning the Red Lotus Temple", "Colorful Gods List" and "Di Qing Takes the Pearl Banner Three Times". In addition, he also starred in many TV series, such as "A Journey to Tiger Mountain", "The Thirteen Dynasties of the Qing Dynasty" and "The Thirteen Dynasties of the Qing Dynasty II". Poon Yau Sing walked with Liyuan in 1964: the eldest brother Mai Xiansheng, the second brother You Shengpu, the third brother Chen Yulang, the fourth brother Yun Zhanpeng, the sixth brother Li Jiabao and the seventh brother Wen Qiansui formed the "Seven Brothers" as brothers with different surnames. Pan Yousheng ranked fifth.
