Huang Jinshen(黃錦燊)
Huang Jinshen(黃錦燊Melvin Wong ) was born on January 29, 1946. His native place is Taishan, Guangdong. He grew up in the United States and completed a doctorate in pharmacy at a medical center. He then returned to Hong Kong with the purpose of joining the entertainment industry that has nothing to do with pharmacy. In 1976, Xu Guanjie was filming the movie "Half Weight" and invited him to play the role of "Uncle Nine" (played by Shi Jian) assistand. During this period, Huang Jinshen had the opportunity to meet Chen Xinjian who was visiting the set. It happened that Chen was planning to switch to the film industry and wanted to start filming; in the end, he invited Huang Jinshen to work behind the scenes, and thus entered the entertainment circle. In 1977, he stepped into the TV industry through his appearance on the beautiful TV variety show "BANG BANG New Inspiration". Soon, he was arranged to host the youth program "New Generation". He tranfer to Jiayi TV in 1978 and filmed his first TV series "The Love History of Celebrities". Later, Jiayi TV went bankrupt, and Huang Jinshen switched to TVB in 1978 and participated in his second TV series "Black Report". Huang Jinshen's acting career ended temporarily in the 1990s. Starting from 1996, he spent three years completing the Bachelor of Laws program held by the University of London in Hong Kong that year. When he obtained the barrister's qualification, he officially switched to becoming a lawyer. Until 2018, he voluntarily filed a request for delisting from the Hong Kong Bar Association, ending his 19-year judicial career. In the same year, he returned to participate in the wireless TV series "Multifunctional Wife". Huang Jinshen's wife is Zhao Yazhi, a well-known Hong Kong actress. He has a son and two stepsons; the youngest son is his own, and the other two are born to Zhao Yazhi and Huang's ex-husbands, so the two stepsons also happen to be surnamed Huang. In addition, Huang Jinshen is a member of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He once partnered with Huang Zhennan to own the horses under his name "Ying Ran Ying", "Fashion Lucky", "Fashion Elite", "Fashion Power" and "Fashion Joy".
