She has lived in Lei Muk Shue Village, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong since she was a child. She attended Hong Kong Baptist Union Primary School and Textile Institute American Chamber of Commerce Wu Hanhui Secondary School. As a student, Man Wing Shan joined the violin team of the school orchestra and participated in drama performances. During this period, she was discovered by a talent scout on the street at the age of 13 and signed with Zhongxingtang. She became the ancestor of Hong Kong's new generation of youth cover models and was known as the "Goddess of the world". Janice Man entered the graphic modeling industry in 2002. In 2007, she was invited to make a guest appearance in the filming of the movie "Love". She started her film career from then on. During this period, she participated in the filming of many movies, including "Love...", "Girls in Underwear" and "Love story".
