Mei Xueshi梅雪詩, whose original name is Feng Liwen, and her English name is Mandy, was born on July 20, 1941. Her ancestral home is Enping, Guangdong. She is a famous Cantonese opera actress in Hong Kong, and her nickname is 'Ah Tea'. She made her debut in 1960, when she went to "Xian Feng Ming" to apply for young actresses. The first performance was "Xian Fengming"'s new work "The New Story of White Snake". Therefore, she is the apprentice of Ren Jianhui and Bai Xuexian. Mei Xueshi has a uniquely good voice, which is loud and pleasant to the ear. With painstaking study, she has won the charm of Bai Xuexian. In the 1960s, she was selected as a dancer in Ren Bai's "The New Legend of White Snake". Later, Ren Bai cultivated and founded the "Chu Fengming Theater". "Chu Fengming Theater" was founded in 1963 by Ren Jianhui and Bai Xuexian. Initially, members of the troupe only joined as a hobby. In 1964, she gave her first public performance. Except for Ren Bai, the main members are all Ren Bai's apprentices from their debut to 1992.
