陈敏儿（Barbara Chan，1960年10月17日－），香港前电视女艺人。1979年毕业于第八期无线艺员训练班，同届毕业生有她的丈夫廖启智。 陈敏儿于1980年代受到力捧，成为当红花旦之一，刘德华的成名作《猎鹰》，该剧的第一女主角就是由陈敏儿担演，因为其形象正面，曾多次饰演教师、社工及律师等角色。除拍剧外，亦曾担任《体育世界》主持，无线电视台庆司仪及《欢乐今宵》演出工作。 1993年7月，陈敏儿淡出演艺圈，现时偶尔在基督教媒体中出现。 陈敏儿丈夫为艺人廖启智，两人曾于《欢乐今宵 》节目中合作演出，及后两人于1987年结婚， 陈敏儿与廖启智是无线陪训班的同期学员，当时陈敏儿已经是TVB的当家花旦，她在剧中的拍档是郑少秋、刘德华和周润发这些一线小生，而廖启智只是个无名小卒。这对“不够登对”恋人在当时完全不被看好，但他们相恋七年，结婚28年，在瞬息万变的娱乐圈，成为真实版的爱情童话。 两人婚后育有三子。长子廖文哲，次子廖文信，幼子廖文诺。廖文诺自2003年起罹患 血癌，于2006年4月5日病逝，时年仅5岁。陈敏儿曾因此伤心过度患上忧郁症。 经历多年幼子廖文诺因血癌离世后，陈敏儿在悲伤中惊醒。两年后她更成立了非牟利慈善机构「家长汇集」，处理家长的心理健康，消除家长的内心恐惧。 早年痛失幼子，而大仔性向成疑，对一个曾经是幸福的家庭来说，这的确是个不小的打击；更不幸的是丈夫廖启智也于2021年3月28日因胃癌离世，终年67岁。陈敏儿在丈夫离世后坚强面对生活，成为不少人的人生教练。陈敏儿早前接受香港电台第五台《香江暖流》主持人陈永业、袁梓佩的访问，她认为「要疗愈别人，必先疗愈自己」，希望借着自己走出伤痛的经历，陪伴其他同路人一同走出黑暗。 Chen Min'er(Barbara Chan, October 17, 1960 -) is a former Hong Kong television actress.
