粉菊花 Fen Ju-hua

粉菊花 Fen Ju-hua （1900年—1994年）原姓孙，京剧武旦女演员、布景师、北派武师、孙柏龄的师妹。早年在上海江浙一带的南派（海派）京戏（外江戏）戏班学习京剧表演艺术，善武旦；是著名的刀马旦，而且还是中国第一位功夫片女星——在上海期间便同著名小生林雍容搭档主演了中国的第一部武侠片《女侠李飞飞》（1925年，天一影片公司也既是邵氏前身出品）。还与白武丑合演“双跑马”，将桌子、椅子叠起后在上面拿大顶，然后翻下来。 1949年到香港，在港开办京剧科班春秋戏剧学校，许多小朋友从小跟她学武工。不少电影演艺人员和粤剧伶人曾拜粉菊花为师。门下弟子基本上包括：全女班到1962年有陈好逑、凤凰女、筱菊红、张露露、陈宝珠、萧芳芳、冯宝宝、沈芝华、沈月华等人。1962年后男女同班，演员有： 林正英、钱月笙、董玮、尊龙、惠天赐、孟海、杨盼盼、小猴等。 1962年粉菊花亲率众弟子演出《大战泗洲城》。粉菊花的科班就如于占元的科班一样，培养了不少香港武打电影人才，粉家班是八大功夫之一。粉菊花1990年从英属香港回归广州，于1994年病逝享寿94岁。 Fen Ju-hua 粉菊花(1900-1994), whose original surname was Sun, was a Peking Opera Wudan actress, set designer, Northern martial arts master, and Sun Boling's younger sister. In her early years, she studied the performing arts of Peking Opera at the Nanpai (Shanghai Style) Peking Opera (Waijiang Opera) Troupe in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas of Shanghai. She was good at Wu Dan; she became the famous Dao Ma Dan, and she was also China's first kung fu movie actress. During her stay in Shanghai, she worked with the famous Xiaosheng Lin. Yong Rong co-starred in China's first martial arts film "The Heroine Li Feifei" (produced by Tianyi Film Company, the predecessor of Shaw Brothers, in 1925). She also co-starred with Bai Wuchou in "Double Racing", where she stacked tables and chairs, put a big top on them, and then flipped them down. She came to Hong Kong in 1949 and founded the Spring and Autumn Drama School, a Peking Opera class in Hong Kong. Many children learned martial arts from her since childhood. Many film entertainers and Cantonese opera actors once worshiped Fen Juhua as their teacher. Her disciples basically included: the all-female class until 1962 included Chen Haoqi, Phoenix Girl, Xiao Juhong, Zhang Lulu, Chen Baozhu, Xiao Fangfang, Feng Baobao, Shen Zhihua, Shen Yuehua and others. After 1962, men and women were in the same class. The actors include: Lin Zhengying, Qian Yuesheng, Dong Wei, Zunlong, Hui Tianci, Meng Hai, Yang Panpan, Xiaohou, etc. In 1962, Fen Juhua personally led all her disciples to perform "The Battle of Sizhou City". Just like Yu Zhanyuan’s class, Fenjuhua’s class has trained many Hong Kong martial arts film talents, and Fenjia class is one of the eight major kung fu. Fen Juhua returned to Guangzhou from British Hong Kong in 1990 and died of illness in 1994 at the age of 94.
