Fang Zhongxin(Alex Fong Chung-shun 方中信) was born on March 17, 1963. His original name was Fu Li. He graduated from the prestigious Guangdong Chinese Secondary School in Macau and is an active actor in Hong Kong and Macau. He won the Best Actor Award at the 5th Chinese Film Media Awards for "Mongkok Night" and was nominated for Best Actor at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
