电影《后门》（Rear Entrance）是1960年上映的一部香港电影，由李翰祥执导，王月汀编剧，胡蝶等领衔主演。该电影主要讲述一对儿夫妇与他们养女的故事，该作曾获得了很多的奖项。影片讲述徐天鹤夫妇（王引、胡蝶）结婚八年，恩爱如初，唯一憾事是没有孩子，看到邻居家女孩阿琳（王爱明）不为父亲何泽美先生和继母喜爱，经常独自一人在后门和小猫玩，经两家协商，徐家办理了领养手续，把阿琳领到家里来做了女儿。这样的三口之家，原本也是美满的生活，不料阿琳的生母史小姐（李香君）找来要领走阿琳。经过劝说，史小姐放弃意愿，但是她同意史小姐经常来探望阿琳。从此史女士成了徐家的常客，并与鹤妻成为好朋友。鹤妻把表弟应作图（赵明）介绍给史小姐。史小姐遇车祸住院，阿琳去探望，鹤妻终于同意阿琳重回母亲怀抱。 1960年在日本举行的第七届亚洲影展上，《后门》获得最佳影片金禾奖，胡蝶获得最佳女主角奖。 The old movie "Rear Entrance" is a Hong Kong movie released in 1960, directed by Li Hanxiang, written by Wang Yueting, and starred by Hu Die.
