Ling Bo凌波

Ling Bo 凌波(real name Huang Yujun, born in 1939) is a famous Hong Kong film actor whose husband is actor Jin Han. Born in Shantou, she was sold to Xiamen as an adopted daughter when she was young, and changed her name to Jun Haitang. In the 1950s, she went to Hong Kong to make films in southern Fujian under the stage name "Xiao Juan". In 1962, she joined the Shaw Brothers Film Company and began to perform Mandarin films. Her first name was Shen Yan, and she was later renamed "Ling Bo". After Lingbo sang Jia Baoyu in "A Dream of Red Mansions", she was appreciated by director Li Hanxiang for her role in "Liang Shanbo and... Zhu Yingtai", which made her famous and won the "Best Acting Special Award" at the 2nd Golden Horse Awards ". Immigrated to Canada in 1988. In 2001, she suffered from breast cancer and recovered well after surgery. From 2001 to 2003, many "Liang Zhu" music concerts were held. On July 22, 2005, the "Liang Zhu" musical and a selection of Huangmei tunes concerts were held in North, Central and South Taiwan. Awards In 1963, starring Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, won the Golden Horse Award for Best Actor Special Award for the role of Liang Shanbo. In 1964, starring "Mulan" won the best actress in the Asia Pacific Film Festival. In 1965, starring in "Eternal Love" and "Fish Beauty" won the Best Talent Actor Award at the Asia-Pacific Film Festival. In 1967, she starred in "Beacon Fire" and won the Golden Horse Award for Best Actress.
